"We are Photographers not Terrorists"

1.   Rod Sadler has drawn our attention to an article in the Guardian of 12th Dec which should be of interest to all of us. See page 11. It's good to see that professional journalists/photographers are now challenging the police interpretation of Clause 44.  If you don't have access to a copy, it can be viewed on the Guardian website under "Comment - we are photographers not terrorists", together with all the many followup comments.
2.   The Sunday Telegraph of 27th Dec also carries a letter on the same topic signed by the President and  other members of the Royal Photographic Society. The full list of 356 signatories, including two WPS members, is on the Telegraph website (search on 'Letters'). There are also several other letters on the same topic.
